    GrovesJohnWestrup have been an excellent addition to our High-Net-Worth offering, filling a gap in progressive technology and not just quick underwriting but actual underwriting, a quality sadly lacking amongst many peers. The portal is quick and easy to use for both quotes and claims, meaning that we can revert to clients instantly in some cases, negating the need for diary notes and re-connecting with the client, whom are often as time poor as we are as brokers! The claims portal is particularly helpful for updating diarised updates internally and to the clients, as well as at weekends when, in other circumstances, we would need to wait until the Monday. Regarding underwriting, it is great to get a quick response on quotes, often a call within the hour. This is invaluable as clients have a habit of leaving things to the last minute, it means we can promise, with confidence, that we will have some options for them, by the end of the day for example.
